14-day refund window

SD METAL offers a 14-day refund guarantee on training registrations. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided the training has not yet been delivered.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then submit a refund request.
• Alternatively, contact us at comptepersonel7@gmail.com and we will assist you in processing the request with Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to make the funds visible on your statement.

After the training has started

If the training has already been partially or fully delivered, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
