- Registration: course selected, number of participants, messages you send us.
- Technical: IP address, device and browser information, log data.
- Usage: pages visited, interactions with the site (aggregate analytics).

- Provide the service (manage registrations, deliver training) — contract performance.
- Customer support (respond to requests) — contract performance / legitimate interest.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest, legal obligation.
- Service improvement and analytics — legitimate interest.
- Legal & accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Data sharing
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles tax compliance and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, email delivery).
- Communication tools (WhatsApp, email) when you choose to contact us through them.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where strictly necessary.
